Life Coaching Classes this Fall
Posted on September 22, 2011
Beginning Wednesday, October 5, 2011, Margy Clair, Life Coach and Counselor will be offering two Coaching classes:
“Take Time For Your Life”, an 8-week class based on Cheryl Richardson’s book by the same name. The class will support you in getting your priorities straight, learn to deal with parts of your life you want to change or eliminate, learn healthy boundary setting, increase energy, achieve your goals, and create the life YOU want. Contact Margy: 253-853-5070
“Intuitive Eating”, also an 8-week class. Learn to create a healthy relationship with food, become more self aware and responsive to all your needs, and reverse negative self-talk. Intuitive Eating incorporates both a philosophy and a life style. The belief is that when we are more in-tuned with ourselves, both physically and emotionally, we are more able to get our needs met when they arise, rather than indirectly and sometimes destructively. Fee: $400 per 8-week series. Debit/credit ok
