Mental Health Counseling Services
Individual counseling for adults age 18 and up: Relationship issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, addictions & recovery, spirituality, grief & loss
Couples counseling for either domestic partners or married couples: Communication skills, parenting, creating emotional intimacy, forgiveness, compromise and finding balance
Family Counseling: Occasionally, an issue that a client is working on is affecting the family or the client’s “way of being” in the family. Family sessions can be very helpful in moving through blocks or helping families to understand and adjust to changes.
Workshops
“Take Time For Your Life”, an 8-week class based on the book of the same name by Cheryl Richards, Life Coach
“Intuitive Eating”, also an 8-week class which helps people to create a healthier relationship with food, become more aware of their own patterns with eating, learn to eat when their hungry and stop when they are full, and begin to let go of old, judgmental messages around eating and food.
“Creative Partnering: A Practical Approach to Meaningful Relationships”, a 6-week group coaching class for couples, fascilitated by Steve and Margy.
For therapists and colleagues
Margy is a Washington State-approved Clinical Supervisor. She provides supervision to those therapists who are working toward licensure or to those who have had disciplinary issues and are mandated to receive supervision.
